Back in The Saddle

Well, Daniel informed me that he is back from his short hiatus. As his latest posts attest, he has something to say again. So mosy on over there and give his blog a read, unless of course you are trying to avoid personal responsibility and conviction.

p.s. What topic of discussion is at the top of your thoughts these days?

Dispensationalism and removing shoes at the door of course.

Oh Matthew, that is just too funny!

I will start immediately on removing shoes topics! Well, maybe not.

But I could tackle the dispensational side a bit.

God bless,
Jim

Are the two related? ;-)

Yes, we have to rightly divide different kinds of ground-

Outdoor, indoor and if you are a very rigid Dispensationalist, like me; the bathroom floor (I always remove my slippers in the bathroom).

Every Blessing in Christ

Well it seems Daniel, we could make a case for tying the two together? :) That would be an interesting thesis for some theology student?

Daniel writes a good post!

I'm interested in the practical living out of Biblical principles.

Jim said...

Yes Joe, I agree. Theology that does not change us is rather useless.

Daniel does have a knack for hitting the relevant.

God bless,
Jim

Hi Jim!
Oh, Daniel is back! I will have to read him tomorrow. I am tired right now and his posts are usually quite long (interesting for someone who says he soemtimes has nothing to say). I usually need to concentrate when reading his material... not real easy when you're yawning.

Hi Daniel!

(Matthew is funny!)

Yes, I agree. Daniel's posts require concentration as they usually contain a parable that overshadows a deeper principle.

Hey Bobby, I missed your blog there last week.

Thanks for coming back.

Jonathan, good question. She doesn't visit much here though.
